The delivery lead-time in days is given for your reference only. The number of days indicated are working days only. We do not handle orders during the weekend. All the orders are taken care of within the next 24 hours of the order confirmation except if there is any other indication in the product description. We will not be responsible for any delay caused during the shipment. Please note that some delivery options might be unavailable from time to time.

We propose Free Shipping for some of our items. Those products will be shipped by postal airmail. We reserve the right to ship the items separatly if the weight is over the shipping limit, or if the total amount of the order is over the amount covered by the shipping insurance. It is possible to order Free Shipping items with non Free Shipping items. In that case, the buyer will only pay the shipping fees for the items which are not eligible for Free Shipping.

The buyer is responsible for checking the goods upon delivery. If the goods delivered are different from the ones ordered, the buyer must inform us within seven days following the delivery. The goods must remain in their original packing and unused to be returned. We will be obliged to refuse all opened and used goods.

If a parcel is received damaged, the buyer must inform the shipping company at once and open a claim directly with this company.

As we ship from China, customs charges and VAT can be applied according to the country of destination and the value of the goods. We cannot estimate these extra charges in advance, and they remain at the buyer’s charge.
