Products
Our prices are in Euro currency and do not include the shipping fees. They can be updated at any time without any previous notice. The shipping fees must be added to the item price according to the weight and the shipping option chosen by the buyer. The shipping options are indicated for each item after confirming the order.Some items are free of shipping fees. If these items are to be shipped together with other items, the weight of the items free of shipping fees will not be included in the total shipping cost.
Warranty
All the linkers have a 6 months warranty from the date of purchase. For the other items which have a warranty, the warranty period is indicated in the description of the item. It is the interest of the buyer to keep the packing as well as all the other accessories and labels as received, in order to be able to use the warranty if needed. Any item deteriorated by negligence or a misuse of the customer will automatically cancel the warranty. Any exchange or repair during the period of warranty does not involve any extension of this warranty. The shipping costs for the return of a product remain to the charge of the customer. We will take care of the shipping costs for the return of the exchanged item to the customer.
If the buyer is not satisfied with the purchased item, he can request a refund (please note that software are exluded from warranty or exchange). This request must be sent within the seven days following the delivery of the items. The items must be returned intact and in their original packing. A 10% extra handling charges will be invoiced for integrating the returned item in our inventory, and the returning shipping fees will not be refund either. We have the right to refuse any item to be returned without any prior notice. If the return of the item is confirmed, we will refund to the buyer the total amount of his order except extra charges that may occur. Please note that there will be no refund for the shipping fees payed for the delivery of the order. The buyer will always be informed of all the details by email before returning the item.
Responsabilities of the buyer
The buyer must make sure that the purchased item corresponds to his needs. The buyer cannot claim a refund because of other information found on the Internet or on other advertising media.
The buyer accepts to use the item in accordance to the manufacturer recommendations and to keep the item in good use in order to be able to benefit from the warranty if needed.
Any failure or malfunction of the item must be reported to us immediately. The defective item must be returned to us before the end of the warranty period in order for us to exchange or repair the item.
All the parcels are shipped to the address provided by the buyer during the registration. Please make sure before confirming each order that your address is updated. We will not refund the shipping fees if the parcel is returned to us because of a wrong address, unless this is due to our own mistake.
We reserve the right to block or refuse an order if some information about the shipping are missing or not correct, or if the payment information are not valid.
